Animating is very hard but thanks to flip a clip made it possible so I can enter Newgrounds without any problems at all and animating is still hard okay…

Consider reducing the number of animations to improve their quality.
Practice is important, but if you create "2 two animations a day", all you're practicing will be how to do a rush-job... :/
Your most recent submission, 'Flour bear' ( https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/957307 ), is a good example for what I mean:
It is 'an' animation. But nobody would seek out that kind of content on their own. There is no story and no action that 'draws the viewer in'.
